EA has disclosed its plans to collaborate with Marvel. A multi-game agreement was announced by both companies to produce “at least” three new action-adventure games for consoles and Windows PC. It affirmed the fact that they have an agreement for three games.
Only the Iron Man game, which has been created by the Dead Space remake studio EA Motive, has been disclosed so far. Just last month, EA and Marvel revealed the Iron Man game (a multibillionaire superhero and inventor who served as the hero of one of the first successful Marvel films). Iron Man game is intended to be single-player, third-person, action-adventure game.
Iron Man was mentioned as the “first of multiple new games” on the EA website, which claimed that this title marked the beginning of a new long-term partnership between the firm and Marvel Games.
EA didn’t provide details about other characters it plans to use, or give a release timetable. Disney and EA did, however, affirm that each of these games will feature their own original story set within the Marvel universe, even though the other two games haven’t yet been made public.
EA’s wager on its upcoming games comes as the game producer faces a decline in demand following the epidemic.
