According to a report revealed today, Super Nintendo World will formally open at Universal Studios Hollywood on Friday, February 17, 2023.
The park was designed by Nintendo and Universal Creative and is themed after Mario and other video game characters. This grand opening heralds Super Nintendo World’s debut in the US.
The opening of Super Nintendo World in Japan last year piqued the interest of amusement parkgoers in the United States, who have since been eagerly waiting for a park to open in the US.
It’s the most interactive and major latest addition to the Los Angeles theme park since the April 2016 launch of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
A new section of Universal Studios Hollywood, next to the Transformers ride, will house the exciting new land. The famous Warp Pipe is the gateway to Super Nintendo World.
Super Nintendo World will have a ride called “Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge,” along with many more attractions that are meant to keep the whole family entertained and engaged in the magical world of the Mushroom Kingdom.
Themed dining at the Toadstool Cafe and shopping at 1-UP Factory are also planned. Along with that the visitors will be able to participate in various activities throughout the park.
Following are some features and attractions that will be part of it.
