Cooler Master, a leading manufacturer of PC components and peripherals, has recently announced the launch of two new high-end PC designs, namely the Sneaker X and the Cooling X. These cutting-edge models offer users a blend of luxury, performance, and innovative features, catering to the demands of PC enthusiasts and gamers alike.
The Sneaker X stands out as a stylish PC that seamlessly combines elegance with high performance. While opinions on its aesthetic appeal may vary, it is undeniably designed to make a statement. It’s important to note that the Sneaker X is not a compact device, measuring at 25.6 x 12.0 x 25.6 inches (650 x 306 x 651 mm). Its size may present a challenge when it comes to concealing it on or under a desk.
Despite its physical bulkiness, the Sneaker X incorporates some of the most compact standard PC components, such as a mini ITX motherboard platform and an SFX power supply. It provides room for a single 2.5-inch drive, and its powerful components necessitate a cooling system equipped with a 360mm radiator. Additionally, Cooler Master has ensured ample space for GPU upgrades, supporting dimensions of up to 304 x 137 x 61mm.
The Sneaker X will be available in three striking color options: red, blue, and pink. Although specific CPU and GPU specifications have not yet been disclosed by Cooler Master, the company promises that the components will justify the premium price tag of $5,999.
In contrast, the Cooling X adopts a more conventional PC tower design while incorporating a fully integrated liquid cooling system. It boasts dimensions of 14.63 x 10.47 x 5.88 inches (266 x 149.4 x 371.6 mm) and weighs 38.1 pounds, offering a more manageable size compared to the Sneaker X.
Powered by the latest Zen 4 AMD Ryzen 9 7950X CPU and Ada Lovelace Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080 GPU, the Cooling X delivers exceptional processing capabilities. Additionally, it supports up to 64GB of DDR5-5600 RAM and offers storage options of up to 4TB via PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 drives. The Cooling X is paired with the Cooler Master V850 SFX Gold PSU, ensuring reliable and efficient power delivery. The Cooling X is priced at $6,999, reflecting its top-tier specifications and performance.
Cooler Master has also teased the development of a third PC design, the Shark X. Dubbed a ferocious piscine tribute, the Shark X is expected to be an impressive addition to Cooler Master’s lineup. However, further details regarding its specifications and features are yet to be revealed.
