On December 14, you may finally get your hands on the long-awaited update for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. CD Projekt Red has confirmed the December release date for The Witcher, as revealed in a tweet on the game’s official Twitter account.
A new native version of The Witcher 3 will be updated to include ray tracing and other graphic enhancements on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Windows PC gamers will get a similar update too.
The update will provide The Witcher DLC content and certain graphical enhancements for previous generation consoles such as PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Still, they will not support ray tracing and fast loading.
New weaponry, Geralt’s updated armor, and character skins inspired by Netflix’s The Witcher series are also part of this update. All owners of The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt will get the update for free.
In a Twitch stream next week, CD Projekt Red will provide additional information about the update and showcase the new gameplay. The date and time for the stream are still unknown.
